As a family, we attach great importance to social responsibility, which results both from Per Mertesacker’s sporting career and from our personal self-image. This attitude is reflected in the Mertesacker Family Office with a #solidappearance and #respectfultogetherness that aims to make a lasting, positive contribution to society.

We manage the structured preservation of family assets and operate a large number of renowned companies at home and abroad, including CP Immobilien, Mertrago Balearen, P4P, KMH, Sturm & Drang and the non-profit Per Mertesacker Foundation.

The latter forms the heart of our Mertesacker Family Office and has been supporting disadvantaged children and young people in the Hanover region on a voluntary basis since 2006.

We support children and young people over a period of ten years with school and sports measures to ensure long-term support and development. We particularly focus on children and young people from socially disadvantaged backgrounds, with learning difficulties or from a migrant background. This holistic support gives the children the opportunity to grow not only in terms of sport, but also academically and linguistically.

Our social responsibility is the common thread that runs through all of the Mertesacker Family Office’s activities.
